Returns

Our “Refund and Returns Policy” offers a 14-day return period for you to review your purchased gemstone. This 14-day period begins on the date you receive your item from the shipping carrier. If you are not completely satisfied with your gemstone, you may return it to us for a refund. While the gemstone is in your possession, you are fully responsible for its care and value.

Refunds will exclude any taxes or import duties you may have paid to your local customs authority. If you return an item for a refund, you may need to contact your local customs office directly to reclaim any import duties or taxes.

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization along with a FedEx return shipping label and return instructions. The item must be taken to your nearest FedEx location for return shipping.

Please note that gemstones must be returned in their original, un-set condition (without any damage), along with all original documentation and packaging. We will not accept returns for gemstones that have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weigh differently, or altered in any way.

Once we receive the returned gemstone, we will inspect and verify it for a refund. You will be notified of the refund approval status. Refunds must be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For security reasons, we cannot refund payments to a different card or bank account. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with FedEx International Priority from our offices in [Insert Location]. Delivery times vary depending on payment confirmation and location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Customs processing times can also vary.

Upon arrival in your country, FedEx will contact you regarding any import taxes or duties required by your local customs department. These charges are imposed by customs and passed on by FedEx. Please note that in the event of a return, you may need to contact customs directly for a refund of import taxes.

A signature and identification will be required upon delivery. If FedEx is unable to obtain these, they will attempt to redeliver at a later time. Please ensure the delivery address provided is a business or home address, as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Each order is handled individually, and we will provide you with upfront information about duties and taxes when confirming your order.


Insurance & Taxes

For your protection, we insure and declare all items at their full value. We do not charge VAT or GST on any items we sell, but VAT/GST taxes may be imposed by your country’s customs department. Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied by customs. Please check with your local customs authority for information on these charges before placing an order.
